Richard (Rick) Morrison

Richard (Rick) Morrison

President

Rick brings 25+ years of document imaging experience to his position, and has worked in all operational areas of the company including service, administration, and sales. Rick is responsible for setting the direction for Operations, including sales, finance, purchasing, leasing, marketing, and general administration while continuing to be personally available for our customers as needed. A former commercial lender, Rick holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Michael R. Morrison

Chief Executive Officer

Michael has over 15 years' experience with the company and oversees all areas of our Sales team with an emphasis on providing document solutions and customer support to our customers. His expertise includes document management systems, managed print services, production and wide-format printing, as well as general business imaging. Michael has a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, Athens.

Robert (Bobby) A. Morrison III

Robert (Bobby) A. Morrison III

Executive Vice President & Treasurer

Bobby also brings 30+ years of printing and imaging experience to his position. He, too, has worked in all areas of the company, including service, administration, and sales. He is responsible for helping manage the company’s cost structure, services and customer support, and co-leadership for general operations. He also oversees all purchasing and shares finance operations with Rick. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Brian Ault

Originally beginning in MSA’s service department, Brian brings over 20 years of experience in many operational areas of the company to his position. With his considerable Information Technology training and his keen eye for insight, he is responsible for managing all aspects of our technology and related services portfolio, and as such has become deeply integrated into all aspects of our operations. He and his team of qualified technicians are certified by Microsoft, Canon USA, Kyocera, Lexmark, Hewlett Packard, DocuWare, FM Audit, Print Audit, NTWare, Docaudit, Digital Gateway and many other hardware and software manufacturers.

Barry L. Rogers

Tennessee & North Georgia Regional Service Manager

Barry has been with MSA since 1987. He began training in the warehouse and quickly worked his way up to a management position which allowed him to become familiar with all segments of MSA operations. Barry has hands on experience in all servicing operations, parts inventory, manpower distribution and other factors involved in customer satisfaction. Barry holds industry certifications for management of both field engineers and equipment. He also has an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology as well as a BS degree in Business Management and Human Resources. Barry is responsible for seeing that we continue to provide excellent levels of service while keeping our costs under control allowing MSA to provide this support in a competitive manner.

Eric brings over 29 years' service experience to his position of which 14+ years has been in management capacities. Eric is responsible for ensuring that we quickly and efficiently maintain outstanding levels of service for our customers using his team of factory-trained technicians and technical specialist, while holding down costs so that we can charge our customers affordable service rates for the Atlanta region. Eric is certified in microprocessor technology from Rets Electronics with extensive background in computer technology. Eric has been a trainer in Total Quality Management for best practices along with an extensive management skills training background.

Deborah joined MSA’s accounting department over 15 years ago as a collections clerk, and has worked her way through various positions over the years until she became our controller. Having worked in virtually every position in our administration, she has a thorough understanding or our accounting operations and the need to give our customers timely, accurate and easy-to-understand billing.

Gigi Lapore

Sales Manager

Gigi has been in sales and sales management throughout her career. She joined MSA in 1998 as the Marketing Manager. From that position she transitioned into outside sales, managing a local territory in Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia ultimately focusing on solution selling and large account management. At the end of 2014 Gigi accepted the position of Sales Manager and now works closely with the sales team in both Chattanooga and Knoxville.

Gigi attributes her success to her emphasis on customer service. “Understanding your customers’ business processes is key to providing them with services that they need to be the most productive. If our customers are successful and productive, then so are we.”

Jason Wheeler

Jason started with MSA in 1994 as a warehouse employee who was responsible for toner delivery, machine delivery and warehouse rebuilds of equipment. Two years later Jason joined our service department, during this period our industry was in the process of changing from analog to digital machines and his role transitioned into Lead Connectivity Technician. While working more and more with customer’s networks and their business processes, his interest in business technology expanded greatly and he went on to receive his Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator certifications. Since then he has worked with companies ranging from 2-25000 users, implement business process’s utilizing some of the newest technology in the industry.

Jason’s experience with business technology has continued to help our customers grow their businesses and shed light on the benefits of utilizing newer technology within their organization. Jason’s duties include working alongside our clients in growing and supporting their technology needs. This includes quarterly meetings to discuss network/security audits, hardware refresh scheduling, strategic planning, technology trends within their environment as well as providing technical support in the event it is needed.
