In keeping with our mission, we collectively bring a wealth of industry experience and business knowledge that focuses on developing and maintaining a long term relationship with each of our clients.
Richard (Rick) D. Morrison, President
Rick brings 20+ years of document imaging experience to his position, and has worked in all operational areas of the company including service, administration, and sales. Rick is responsible for setting the direction for Operations, including finance, purchasing, leasing, sales, marketing, and general administration. A former commercial lender, Rick holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Robert (Bobby) A. Morrison III, Executive Vice President
Bobby also brings 20+ years of printing and imaging experience to his position. He, too, has worked in all areas of the company, including service, administration, and sales. He is responsible for helping manage the company’s sales and marketing direction, services and customer support, and co-leadership for general operations. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Michael R. Morrison, Executive Vice President
Michael has over 10 years experience with the company and oversees all areas of our Metro-Atlanta operations with an emphasis on providing document solutions and customer support to our customers. His expertise includes document management systems, managed print services, production and wide-format printing, as well as general business imaging. Michael has A BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, Athens.
Philip (Phil) H. Gilstrap, Director of Sales & Marketing
Beginning with the company as an account executive more than 20 years ago, Phil has used his ability to listen and find solutions to become our senior problem-solver for our customers. His expertise includes sales and marketing of high volume print environments, color printing, production and enterprise print management, and wide format imaging. He brings a variety of skills to ensure the growth of our company.
Brian Ault, Director of Technology Systems
Originally beginning in MSA’s service department, Brian brings 20 years of experience to his position. He is responsible for assessing and overseeing the implementation of all device installations, matching the correct software solutions to each client’s specific business needs. He and his team of qualified technicians are certified by Microsoft, Canon USA, Kyocera, Lexmark, DocuWare, FM Audit, Print Audit, NTWare, Docaudit, Digital Gateway, HP and many other hardware and software manufacturers. Brian also leads our IT training team.
John I. Gass, Senior Service Manager and Chattanooga Metro Service Manager
John brings over 40 years service experience to his position and has been with the company since 1970. John is responsible for ensuring that we quickly and efficiently maintain outstanding levels of service for our customers using his team of factory-trained technicians, while holding down costs so that we can charge our customers affordable service rates. A former Army helicopter Crew Chief (mechanic), John has a thorough background in electronic and mechanical engineering and holds an Associate Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering from Chattanooga State Technical College.
Eric Grady, Atlanta Metro Service Manager
Eric brings over 25 years service experience to his position of which 14 plus years has been in management capacity . Eric is responsible for ensuring that we quickly and efficiently maintain outstanding levels of service for our customers using his team of factory-trained technicians, while holding down costs so that we can charge our customers affordable service rates for the Atlanta region. Eric is certified in microprocessor technology from Rets Electronics along with extensive management training courses.
Barry L. Rogers, Knoxville Metro and North Georgia Service Manager
Barry has been with MSA, Inc since 1987. He started setting up machines in the warehouse and quickly worked his way up to a management position. Barry has hands on experience in parts inventory, manpower distribution and other factors involved in customer satisfaction. Barry holds industry certifications for both management of technicians and equipment. He also has a Associate Degree in Electronic Technology as well as a BS degree in Business Management.
Deborah Rape, Controller
Deborah joined MSA’s accounting department over 10 years ago as a collections clerk, and has worked her way through various positions over the years until she became our controller. Having worked in virtually every position in our administration, she has a thorough understanding or our operations and the need to give our customers timely, accurate and easy-to-understand billing.
